Life has been very different and we have all had to find new ways to work.  For those of you stuck within your own four walls home schooling and working from home, how are you switching off?  How are you taking time for yourself?

 

I am offering corporate online yoga, working with a few organisations with scheduled online yoga for their employees.  This gives a wonderful opportunity to take a break and also to create connection - giving added benefit.  Okay, so you're still screen focused, but moving with intention, focusing on the breath and investing in tuning into yourself.  

 

And if screen fatigue is the main issue then yin yoga may be a good option for you.  We settle into poses for a few minutes so there is actually very little time focusing on the screen.  It is more an opportunity to release into your body.  To breathe and be present.

Options include 30 minute gentle flow sessions to give a little burst of movement.  Perhaps a pre-work class.  Maybe mid morning  or mid afternoon.  Or possibly a longer evening class - be it flow or yin yoga.
